We want you to love your Heelvana. If you're not satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

How to request a return

Email hello@heelvana.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We'll reply with the return address and next steps. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Condition of the item

Please return the item clean and complete (device and grinding heads), ideally in its original packaging.

Defective, damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives defective, damaged or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo or short video and we'll replace it or refund you in full. You won't need to pay any return shipping.

Return shipping for change of mind

If you simply changed your mind, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received (or proof of shipment is provided), we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Hygiene note

For hygiene reasons, the grinding heads are personal-care items. Used grinding heads can only be returned as part of a return of the complete device.
