Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–12 business days after dispatch (up to 15 business days during peak seasons). Your order ships from our partner warehouse.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Import fees

You will not be asked to pay any additional import fees on delivery.

Delays, damaged or lost packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, or arrives damaged or incomplete, email us at hello@heelvana.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll try to correct it before the order ships.
